Tanya has a broad knowledge and experience base in the local property market, specialising in property management and lettings since 2014. Having previously worked as a human resources officer in various sectors including finance and a local charity, she is known for being professional, dedicated to her work, friendly and approachable. Tanya’s extensive knowledge and contacts within the property industry is instrumental in ensuring the business success and its smooth operation.
Richard D’Ulivo-Rogers
Tanya has the support of her husband Richard working alongside her. Richard has worked for the Government of Jersey for over 28 years in a number of departments including Education, the Ambulance Service and Health and Safety. The variety of career roles has provided Richard with an understanding of care and compassion toward customers as well a wealth of valuable communication skills. He is known for being efficient, highly motivated and friendly, and combining these skills and qualities with Tanya, they work well together as a team to offer all clients a personalised, dedicated and professional service.
